Up-front Fixed Prices
Put an end to time wasting arguments over bills for lighting maintenance and electrical work. Be confident in the knowledge that you have an up-front fixed menu of prices for the work to be carried out anywhere in the country.
At Quicklight we avoid those arguments over invoices by working to an up-front fixed price list, agreed by you before we do the work. When our engineers visit one of your sites they will firstly check what work needs to done and only replace lamps and fittings that have failed. This work will be carried out from the fixed price list which contains over 200 items. Whilst there they will ask the Branch Manager if there is any other electrical work to be done. Where possible this work is then carried out during the visit, to an agreed price. When all work is complete the engineer will ask the Branch Manager to sign for it on a PDA. The details are then transmitted to headquarters and a copy of the schedule is sent to you with the invoice. It is simple and effective. Costs are controlled by you as you set the maximum level of authority for each site.
