PDA Reporting

All our engineers are equipped with hand-held digital devices (PDAs) and use them for your benefit. Each visit is logged onto the PDA and the engineer will ask the Branch manager for a signature once the work is completed. The information is then transmitted to our headquarters where it is added to your individual branches’ records to keep a history of electrical and maintenance work completed.

The big advantage of this is that there is an instant electronic record of all your work carried out, on all your branches throughout the UK. You can then keep control of expenditure branch by branch, to help budget for future costs and to show if any branches have an abnormal expenditure pattern. It also gives certain responsibility to your branch managers, who will be asked to sign on the PDA for work completed during our engineers visit. With the information available we are able to supply you with different reports to enable you to control your budgets and expenditure more accurately.
