No Labour Charge
Yes that’s right…there is no cost for the lighting maintenance service, no up-front contract fee, no call out charge and no labour charge. It sounds too good to be true; it’s no lie, and this is how it works.
Our fully trained engineers will visit each of your sites on a regular eight week cycle, whether there is maintenance work to be done or not, so there is no call-out charge. Whilst on site they will survey the lighting and replace lamps and fittings that need replacing. There is no labour fee; you pay just for the lamps and electrical fittings used, from a fixed and agreed price list. There are no hidden costs. Because we don’t ask you to sign a binding contract there is no up-front contract fee. We earn money on the price of the high quality but competitively priced lamps and electrical fittings because we buy them in such bulk that we obtain large discounts from the manufacturers.
