Having worked in the lighting industry for several years Kasim joined Quicklight in October 2004 and works as an area electrician in the West Midlands. At work Kasim is passionate about customer care and gets his job satisfaction from knowing that he has given his customers the best possible service, "I think Quicklight is the friendliest company I have ever worked for and I love the freedom I am given to get on with my work and look after my customers" says Kasim. As a true team player Kasim often helps with the training of new engineers taking them out to show them the Quicklight procedures.
At home Kasim is a devoted husband and father of three children, he describes his family as the most important part of his life. He also takes his religion seriously, he is a devout Muslim and regularly attends his local Mosque. He is a fan of the beautiful game and is Captain of a team that competes in a local league.
