Electrician’s Mate/Trainee Engineer

We are currently looking for a number of assistants for our field based Engineers, duties will include assisting with handling and erection of access equipment, handling stock and assisting with all aspects of customer service. Applicants will need to be flexible as our engineers often have early starts and late finishes to their day. Successful applicants who show a strong work ethic and have an aptitude for this work can qualify to train for their City & Guilds 2330 in electrical installation and become a qualified engineer themselves.

Electricians - Mobile Maintenance Engineers

We are looking for 3 electricians to work as mobile maintenance engineers, visiting our customers sites to carry out lighting maintenance and minor electrical works. They will have City and Guilds 236 parts one and two or equivalent and have experience of working as a field engineer. Working to strict deadlines they will need to be totally focused on customer care and be committed to delivering a first class service. They will be working in a team environment that encourages on-going training through the NIC EIC. In return they will receive a competitive salary and structured bonus system that will allow them to reap the rewards of hard work. A van, phone, fuel card and uniform are provided.

Electrical Test Engineers

We are also looking for 2 Electrical Test Engineers for our Quicktest division. They must hold City and Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing and have experience of carrying out 5 yearly periodic tests in commercial premises. Working in a tight team they will need to be able to work under pressure whilst being totally committed to customer care and be prepared to work away from home. Ongoing training will be provided through the NIC EIC. A competitive salary and bonus structure will allow them to reap the rewards of hard work. Vehicle, phone, fuel card and tester will be provided.
