Electric Center has been working with Quicklight for over seven years, providing wholesale lighting solutions to 32 branches nationwide. The wholesaler provides Quicklight with a range of products, from LEDs and light fittings, to cable and testing equipment. Electric Center offers support to Quicklight engineers at a regional level, as well as a national account manager, who ensures stock quality and availability are consistently high.

Quicklight provides its customers with a proactive no-contract lighting maintenance service. With engineers visiting customer sites every 8 weeks, it’s vital that the company has a robust supply chain in place. To meet ongoing demand, Quicklight has formed a three-way partnership with Electric Center and LEDVANCE. These partnerships, combined with efficient processes, ensure that maintenance engineers have instant access to the products they need to get the job done.

It’s important to have a two-way relationship and to tailor our service to the needs of the customer and, in turn, their end users. By doing this we have seen a growth in volume of orders.
