We understand the issues our customers face during their working day, which is why before we start working with them we first ascertain the most appropriate time for our engineers to visit, so as to cause the least amount of disruption to continuity. In certain circumstances, such as if all the power was needed to be switched off, we are able to arrange an out of hours visit.
